Workload Distribution

The workload for documentation is equally divided and distributed. Each of us is responsible for different parts of the documentation of our prototype and is combined upon completion to produce an informative documentation. In the meantime, we work on the hardware and software together to maximize productivity and efficiency. The following is the plan for our workload distribution: 

Kai Ming

  • Online Documentation

    • Documenting (Taking pictures and video of) the process when the prototype is under construction. 

    • Added page "How it works".

    • Added page "What does it do".

    • Added and contribute in page "Material Preparation".

    • Added and contribute in page "Prototyping".

    • Added and contribute in page "Final Assembly".

    • Added and contribute in page "Software and Coding".

    • Mainly contribute in Audio playing, toggle switch and 7 segment display codes. 

    • Conducted a survey to the public to review on the webpage (online documentation). 

    • Critically analyze our prototype from different aspects according to topics we have learned during lectures. 

Wei Kheng

  • Online Documentation

    • Created this Wix Webpage for documentation. 

    • Added page "Why do we make it".

    • Added page "Improvement/Future version".

    • Added and contribute in page "Material Preparation".

    • Added and contribute in page "Prototyping".

    • Added and contribute in page "Final Assembly".

    • Added and contribute in page "Software and Coding".

    • Mainly contribute in Motor Driver, Microswitch and LED strip flashing. 

    • Make changes according to the results and comments from audiences that have reviewed on the webpage. 

    • Critically analyze our prototype from different aspects according to topics we have learned during lectures.
